Mission Hills Condominium Association, Inc was established in 1971. It is a community of 477 single story homes in 88 buildings spread over 66 well kept acres. We have over 4 miles of paved, private roads where you'll meet many neighbors walking and bicycling. The grounds are tended by our own knowledgeable and talented maintenance team. Resident volunteers offer their time and abilities to keep the public garden areas lovely blooming delights.

The clubhouse offers amenities for just about every interest. Hundreds of books in our library are available to readers. You'll often find a group of residents gathered on the lounge recliners enjoying a special event or movie on our 57" flat screen TV. Most evenings card games are in progress in the card room and on other tables scattered throughout the clubhouse. The exercise area contains a variety of equipment to keep us in shape. Oh, billiards are your thing? Go to it in the billiard room on the regulation sized tables. The meeting/party room, with it's attached kitchen, hosts a myriad of social events throughout the year, most of which are sponsored by our clubs & committees. Our residents enjoy many other activities– some are regularly scheduled such as bingo, dominos, etc. Other one-time events like trips, cruises, theater outings, etc. are planned throughout the year.

Adjacent to the clubhouse is our gorgeous, heated pool that has a built-in whirlpool nook. Its serene setting overlooks a lovely green field that slopes down to a pond and on into a wooded area where you're likely to see wildlife. Socialize with friends and neighbors on the loungers and chairs surrounding the pool or on the shaded patio between the pool and clubhouse or enjoy your snacks on the nearby picnic tables.

All of this is only 15 minutes from some of the country's top rated beaches in Clearwater, Dunedin and St. Petersburg.
